To enter the Self-Determination Program, please follow the steps below beginning with “Sign Up & Orientation”. Though these are the main steps to start enrollment, each Regional Center may treat the order of these steps slightly different, particularly the Person-centered plan, IPP Meeting, and Budget steps. Be sure to contact your regional center to check with their enrollment practices.
