Self-Determination Group Coaching Series- English w/ Spanish and Cantonese Interpretation

The Self-Determination Program (SDP) offers an alternative way to receive services through California Regional Centers, giving participants greater choice and control over the services and supports they receive.

Join our group coaching sessions to learn about the steps involved in transitioning from traditional Regional Center services to the Self-Determination Program. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, receive guidance, and connect with others navigating the process.

December 4, 1:00–2:30 PM — Financial Management Services: Register here
December 18, 1:00–2:30 PM — Transition Process: Individualized Program Plan (IPP) & Entering the Program: Register here
Sessions build on each other, but you are welcome to join us separately to learn about a specific topic. Joining the entire cohort is encouraged

Language Access: Cantonese and Spanish interpretation will be available with at least 48 hours’ advance notice.
